Meet the Artist
Natalie Welborn is a paper cutting artist based in the Midwest. She has been creating paper art since 2008, and often finds inspiration in nature, animals, science and fantasy.
Tips will help pay for vendor event fees, gallery entry fees, supplies and knowledge (classes and books) to develop and create new products. Tips are not expected but are appreciated. (That goes for verbal ones too!)
